Terms of use

These terms set out how buyers, publishers and LinkBaxaar deal with one another. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

Buyers

You choose placements, put them in a basket and pay from your balance. Nothing is charged until you confirm.

You are responsible for the pages you point links at, and for the text if you supply your own article. Content must be lawful and must not mislead readers.

Placements are permanent dofollow links delivered by publishers on their own sites. Delivery usually takes about 24 hours after payment, though it can take longer.

You can review every order under ordered links, where each placement shows its status from payment to live.

Publishers

Publishers set their own prices and approve each placement. Payouts for approved, live placements run weekly.

You must own or control the site you list, and you may not publish text that is unlawful or deceptive.

Approving a placement is your decision. We may remove a listing that misleads buyers or that no longer meets the standards we apply to the marketplace.

Keep your site's details current, since buyers rely on the traffic, language and niche shown on your listing.

No promises about rankings

We sell placements. Search results depend on factors we do not control, including Google's algorithm, your pages and your competitors. No position, traffic figure or safe outcome is on offer from us.

Descriptions of donor sites, including Domain Rating and traffic, are estimates drawn from our own crawler and index.

Things you may not do

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it for unlawful purposes. Do not resell access to your account or misuse API keys.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Do not submit text that infringes the rights of others, and do not place orders on behalf of a third party without their knowledge.

Money and disputes

Balance is topped up in the dashboard, and invoices are available from your account. If something goes wrong with an order, raise it through your account page and we will look at it.

We may update these terms, and continued use after a change means you accept the new version.

Where an order cannot be delivered as described, we will work with you and the publisher to put it right. The exact outcome depends on the circumstances of the order.
